Sr. Marketing Manager
You will lead key marketing initiatives for portfolio of products across several categories. i.e. strategy, insights, innovation, communications in the CPG channel.
Strategy. Develop/execute strategies that outline key growth priorities and a plan to uniquely capture value. Create business plans that integrate insights, financials, customer plans, and operations, and be skilled at transforming this information into a compelling investment story.
Insights. Develop key insights on growth opportunities by aligning customer needs, market intelligence, and competitive capabilities to enhance strategy, new product innovation, and customer engagement. Qualify market data, analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple sources, creating compelling presentations about business growth opportunities, and understand internal capabilities to execute on these opportunities.
Innovation. Develop pipeline to meet customer needs in the near- and long-term. Create new product concepts based on insights; prioritizing these concepts by (i) market potential, (ii) customer needs, and (iii) our business capabilities; showing the feasibility of top ranked concepts through business plans.
Communications. Develop/execute a communications strategy that position as a leader in portfolio categories, drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Create media plans, customer engagement tools, and an appropriately branded portfolio.
10+ years marketing experience managing major brands/categories in a large/complex food business
Required: Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Economics or Related
